You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
4. Payments & Refunds
Subscriptions: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of our Pro plan. If you are unsatisfied, please contact support within 7 days of purchase. Refunds for one-time purchases (e.g., Interview Packs) are not available once the content has been accessed.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aeroprep, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
